The sponsoring partner must not have previously sponsored more than one other fiancé(e), partner, or spouse for migration to Australia, and must not have sponsored anyone under a partner or prospective marriage visa within the past five years (unless compelling circumstances apply).

Social Aspects: Photos, social media evidence, joint travel, declarations from friends and family.

Nature of Commitment: Future plans together, joint correspondence, evidence of emotional support.
